Shavon Lindley

CEO & Co-Founder

Shavon Lindley

Shavon Lindley is the CEO and Co-Founder of ion Learning. Before that, Shavon was on the verge of burnout as a top producing financial advisor and Branch Manager at a financial planning firm where she was also the host of the “The CEO Show” on ESPN Radio. There she interviewed over 150 executives and discovered critical leadership skills required to lead inclusively and with purpose. This experience inspired her to create scalable leadership development and mentoring programs, such as Women Evolution and Inclusion 360°, so all talent has an equal opportunity to thrive.

It wouldn’t be until one fateful day in November 2015 where Shavon and Christina Asbaty, ion’s COO and Co-Founder, would meet and the roots of ion Learning as a technology platform would begin to form.

Shavon’s magnetic personality and ground-breaking research has her as a featured Contributor for Forbes and speaking on stages such as TEDx, Forum on Workplace Inclusion, Chief Learning Officer Exchange, and the MGM Women’s Leadership Conference.

Originally from Tulsa, Ok and a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mathematics, Shavon has a black belt in karate and is an avid music lover with a ridiculously loud laugh. Shavon is half Iranian and half Irish and lives in Del Mar, CA with her husband and two daughters she hopes will always leave room for the unimaginable.
